Just a quirey Can you view the ip and dns settings of your apple tv and see if its actually picking up the correct addressing
Also, would it be worthwhile taking the apple tv to a location closer to the wifi device or even better connecting it via cable to your network to see if it's just a limited signal in the location it's currently in. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Sarai Bucciarelli Sent: Saturday, 5 March 2016 5:01 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: Apple TV weirdness Hi: I had this same issue, kind of. I had to make sure both computer, and apple tv were on the same network. I went to itunes, file, home sharing, to make sure the correct apple id was bing used. I put the same ID info in computers under the Apple TV. Here is the part I was screwing up. I didn’t have my laptop opened, and itunes opened when I was trying to use home share. > On Mar 3, 2016, at 8:30 PM, Donna Goodin <[email protected]> wrote: > > Hi all, > > Still trying to troubleshoot this homesharing thing.
