Hi Janine, Actually, I think I have it working! I did a bit more fussing about with it this morning, and all seems to be working as it should. Going to give it a day or so to make sure that I'm correct but I think I may have solved my problem. Thanks for the detailed explanation though. Part of my problem is that I got the OtterBox cover but don't yet have the OtterBox case. That's why it was more complicated. Cheers, Donna
