I have the iOS 9.2.1 update downloaded on my iPad courtesy of Apple. I never
installed it. Just recently, I went to see if the 9.3 update was available. I
am told I have one update available and downloaded, which is the 9.2.1. So I
thought I would install it, in case it was necessary to have that one before
moving to 9.3. But I am getting a message saying that there is an error when
attempting to install and it asks me to retry or offers and OK remind me later
button. I have tried to re-try button more than once, and it never works. So,
does anybody have any idea what might be going on here, why I can't install
this already downloaded update. I really want 9.3. But that one is not showing
as available, only this one that won't install and won't let me get rid of it.
