As a totally blind user, I'm asking if it would still be prudent to do a clean
install with the latest version of OSX rather than an update?

I am still on Yosemite with my Mac Mini, a friend who is also totally blind had
her cited husband execute an update and she is having no problems. However, I
have to wonder if the fact that he could see what he was doing made it feasible
for him to react to any information or questions on the screen that someone was
totally blind would not be able to react to.
