Whenever I want to record something from the iPhone, simple though this may sound, I simply place the iPhone near the speaker of my MacBook air and record what I want in Amadeus pro. Then I go back and clean up the recording and normalize the volumes. I assume you're thinking of some direct wire way to record from the iPhone, and in that case I don't think you can. Although, you can record from your iPhone in QuickTime player
