That's the problem. What's App store messages in it's own place, and since IOS doesn't give you access to the file structure, you can't get at the recordings to manually remove them. Someone mentioned a workflow to do this, but I know absolutely nothing about using work flows on either the Mad or IOS, so didn't really want to try that.
