No, Yes I have keychain turned on on all my devices, and no personal hotspot is only enabled when I need it and that's only on my mobile. In this case it wasn't on.
Bt I'm about to trial this again by changing my SSID name and the password again and see what happens but it wasn't working the same way on my iPod 16gb when I updated it earlier today.
