I agree and I've been using the Mac OS since Tiger 10.4 and I've not had any 
problems installing or taking the picture. Since I've never attempted to import 
any contacts from outlook or outlook express, I can't offer you any assistance 
and I'm sure if there is an issue, APple is aware and working on it.
Funny, I never really used the address book or calendar features under windows, 
but man I sure couldn't live without all this and being able to sync to my 
iPhone. Now I know when and where I'm supposed to be and no longer angering my 
wife when I try scheduling things over stuff she has already planned and 
probably told me about. :)
