Hi, Zoom Text from aisquared.com has this web reader feature if you hit option-comand + r. Left arrow - reds the last line, optio+leftn arrow reads the previous word, control stops speech, space one or two times start speech, vo+end puts you in the tool line with buttons and settings. Web reader also the headings and you hit enter on the headings links and read the story, hit command + left arrow to go back to the web page with headings. It starts at the top again, but you can hold down arrow down and it will browse down fast.
I have just tried it for the first time. Looks like it don’t read all headings or all text in a forum tread, but most of it. I like to use normal web sites like normal sighted people, but this tool can come in handy sometimes. Voice over can speak letter under the cursor, so if Zoom Text can get the hold down control to move the mouse inside the window and hold shift down to move only horizontal or vertically to work, this can also be a useful feature to see if the mouse can speak problem windows/web pages where the voice over cursor can’t.
