Hi, If you set up the rule via the web interface, then yes, the folder and filtering will exist server side, and you will see that structure on all devices.
Compare this to creating a rule on the Mac, where the Mac does the logic of filtering the mail and the rule will only be executed if your Mac is on and Mail running. In addition, on the Mac you have the choice of creating a local folder that exists only on your Mac or a server side folder that exists under your iCloud account. If it is an iCloud folder, you well see this on all your iOS devices. If it is a local folder, you will not see it on iOS devices. In general, it is best to create rules on the cloud interface server side. However, the UI in the web interface is a little harder to use than the rules on the Mail client app. your iOS devices.
