Firstly lets not argue about this,

We’re all here to help eachother with our mac usability and build strengths
from others knowledge,

Secondly, if someone asks a question and they don’t supply what you or others
think is enough information,
You can relax and see what further info comes out or you can help them by
asking simple questions such as what steps are they taking to get to the point
their at?
Asking questions of the other persons steps helps those of us who wan tto try
and help build an image of what they are doing to get to the point of difficulty

Snapping off an reply saying they haven’t given you enough info does sound to
me also a bit snarky.

People get more stressed and uncomfortable when they get barked at by dogs.

Helga, she has a very good valid point. We have no idea what she's having
trouble signing into. So therefore we can't really assist her. She was not
being rude so I know this isn't my list but please don't point fingers first
somebody being rude.

Hey Shaff. This is helga! How are you? One question, Why are you to rude to
Sharon? If you are not being rude to her, i it sounds like that in your post
man! She did not do anything in order fo ryou to answer her like that man!
Maybe she does not know how to describe her problem. So maybe we can give her
soem suggestions in what she could have doen and ask her if the steps that she
tried to do in ordr to help her! We are suppose to help each other! Hey
Sharon, can you tell us what you the steps that you perform in order to sign in

Hi,

I'm frustrated when I try to sign into my Mac Book Air with OS 10, (not the
latest yet until I get the hang of things) For some reason I can't get
through, but my sighted assistant is able to do so! Does anyone know why, and
how I can get around like he does? I would really appreciate any input.

Thanks,

Sharon H.
