Sharon,
I think you are confusing your user account ID (your name) and
password with that if your Apple ID and password. Could that be?

When I type in my password and apple id if it's there and select next,
I've either get "There was an error connecting to Apple", or incorrect

Apple.
Sorry I wasn't completely clear.
Thanks,
Sharon H.

Nobody can help you unless you describe exactly what the issue is. Just

Hi,
I'm frustrated when I try to sign into my Mac Book Air with OS 10,
(not the latest yet until I get the hang of things) For some reason
I can't get through, but my sighted assistant is able to do so! Does
anyone know why, and how I can get around like he does? I would
really appreciate any input.
Thanks,
Sharon H.
