Uh, I redeem codes all the time from physical cards. The redemption code should be printed on the card, so you'll have to get someone sighted to call it out to you to type into ITunes like you would if you did it normally.
Are you saying that you don't know on the IPhone where to go to actually redeem the code without doing it by double tapping the link in an e-mail?
