Can you not do like you did in the old days with Outlook Distress, by
setting it up via IMap manually in TB? This admittedly probably is kind of
a grey area, as on the one hand, you *are!* talking about ICloud, therefore
it's on topic, but I'm not sure how many people on here use Thunderbird on
the Windows side of things.
I'll see if I can figure something out for ya, but no guarantees.

I figured that this message would be considered on topic, as it relates to
Apple's services. I'm becoming a huge fan of Mozilla's Thunderbird email
client, which is so much more than that!
My problem is that I don't seem to find a way to connect my iCloud address
to Thunderbird. Then I hear about this article which indicates that
two-step verification may be needed to use iCloud email. I asked the
question about two-step verification earlier for this very reason. What do
you recommend for this?
