Hello ET,

I have a 16gig thumb drive that Windows only sees 200mb formatted with exFAT but the Mac sees the full capacity as one partition.

What do I need to do to fix this so I can share this thumb drive on both platforms? Windows will not let me delete any partition and the Mac sees only one.
