I found, rather simply I might add, both a text copy of keyboard shortcuts
for el captain, and the voiceover users guide in text.
If you require them write me off list and I can either send them along or
tell you where they can be found.

I cannot say if it remains, but there is or was a training built into the
voiceover utility itself.
