Hi all, I just got a new unlocked iPhone 5S in the mail. I took it out of the box and plugged it in. I can hear the swoosh of it getting power but I can't seem to get VO to come on. I've tried a tripple click of the home button, I've tried (without success) to get seri to turn VO on, and I've tried a home power reset to see if VO would come on for me but none of these have worked.
Does anyone have any idea how I can get VO to come on so I can set up this phone by myself? I am not necessarily planning on using it as a phone right now but would like to get everything configured and have it working just in case I ever do want to activate it.
