web access content guidelines, 2.0 developed by the w3c, these rules govern accessibility and inclusive web design in many countries. Reflected in say section 508, stateside, and considered by some to be the web extension of the Americans with disabilities act.

In some places failing to follow WACG 2.0 is a violation of human rights laws since a person with a disability is equally entitled to access goods and services.

wacg 2.0 is based in keyboard input, not operating system. I am told by
 amazon that I can download using my keyboard, no extra downloader
 required.
hopefully your tips will help others, but it will not help here...which is
 why I desire the amazon contact.
