If you get Tim Smithin’s book, Using the Mac with Voiceover, there is a section in there on numbers. yes, it’s the mac, but Tim uses the track pad heavily, so it’ll be similar to numbers on IOS…
what I’ve found overall is that you just have to open the app and dive right in doing things.
