The one thing they did that might be considered good is the whole concept of
services like Sling TV to at least be able to dump the cable and have a decent
selection of channels at a good price, but every time I hear about one of those
retransmission disputes they get into with this or that local TV company makes
me think about how bad it is for those customers affected by it. I don't think
any provider is immune from being pulled over these on occasion, but Dish is
the one that seems to make the news with them.

VZ has a tremendous amount of cash flow but a tremendous amount of debt.
Remember they had to buy their way out of Votophone. You’re right though, it
does help. You should have seen our lab called building 51 (E.T. should like
that reference). We had a whole replication of the VZ network in miniature in
our building.
I’m not sure if the regulators will allow it but it would be nice for
T-Mo to buy Sprint and fix that network or at least put that spectrum to better
use. Unfortunately the dish network burger would probably be more easy to make
happen, I hope it does not.

network since 2014 and with new advances announced this week jumps back in to

to offer truly unlimited services with out worrying about user contention or
the need to throttle.
T-Mobile also announced that it’s network now covers 99.7% of
the area that Verizon covers and reaches over 312 million users. Plans
continue to not only increase coverage but increase cell density to the highest
in the industry surpassing verizon. This means more raw capacity and more
towers to carry your traffic.
