Can you further explain what Command+L does? I've never heard of that
command. Can you give an actual example/scenareo?

cmd-up and cmd-down work for me to increase/decrease the volume. Note that
it will not increase iTunes media volume past the current level of the
System volume, only decrease then bring back up to the current System volume
level. cmd-l also works as it should for me. I'm running the latest iTunes
on Sierra.
