cmd-l brings focus to the currently playing song. So, if you had music
playing, decided to go off to the iTunes Store and search out some Movies
etc, or anything else within iTunes, you can press cmd-l and you'll be taken
right back to the Music table, or playlist that your song is playing from.

cmd-up and cmd-down work for me to increase/decrease the volume. Note that
it will not increase iTunes media volume past the current level of the
System volume, only decrease then bring back up to the current System volume
level. cmd-l also works as it should for me. I'm running the latest iTunes
on Sierra.
