Hi Anne,

Well, no luck on this end.  I even tried restoring the VO default settings, and 
reset the PRAM a second time.  The settings definitely aren’t sticking, and I’m 
currently stuck in the high-verbosity setting even though the VO Utility shows 
it set to low.  Anything else I can try, besides a larger hammer?  <GRIN>
