Chris,

If you don't mind me saying so, you should not react to messages as i'm afraid
to say that you reacting to messages, causes drama on the list. I know you may
not like reading what is said but I think it is better for you to take these
issues off list and take it up with the person privately. I'm just saying. If
you do feel that you have a problem, just privately forward your messages to
Mark or Cara who will deal with things for you and hence there will be no drama
on list. I'm not attacking you but just saying that no one wants to read your
messages which sound sulky and bad tempered and frustrated. You might not like
what I read but I am just saying, keep calm and do not get in to a rage as it
solves nothing for you or for other members on this list.

If you are going to attack me, before you do so, take a deep breath, calm down
and please do report me to Mark and I'm sure he will get in touch with me and
then we can sort it out privately. I'll copy Mark in to this anyway so you
know he knows what I have said.

Thanks.

Kawal.
