Hello all, I just restored this iPad Air 2 back to factory settings with iOs 10.1. I have no quick navigation keys while navigating through HTML content. I am referring to the keys for navigating heading and form elements when Quicknav is turned on. A strange thing is I don't hear any descriptions of these keys when VoiceOver help is activated with the VO+K command. Has anyone experienced this. I have contacted Apple Accessibility and we could not come up with a solution either. We now have this escalated to the Apple support department.
