I have not got the site to work at all here. I tried 3 times and Safari crashed all 3 times. I didn't even get the timezone selected. It just crashed after I signed in and tried to click the button that said to change the timezone. Clicking the button labelled "setup instructions" also produced a crash. So I suppose it's just as well that I haven't needed icloud.com for anything. I'm not sure what you can do from the site that you couldn't manage from your devices, but I guess we wait until they fix it to find out.
