Yes, I have been experiencing problems with Braille displays under sierra and 
have reported them.  So please report yours as well.  Things are not good for 
Braille users under Sierra, so we must continue to apply pressure so that it 
doesn’t slip under the radar.  Reading web pages with my Braille display has 
become impossible.  Even in itunes, in the web area, it’s not possible to use 
my Braille display correctly to read the content.  Often, there will be no 
content of the voiceover cursor showing at all.  So Voiceover will read the 
content but it won’t show at all on the Braille display.
