Hi, hope this style of thread is okay for a mac list.

I have been a Mac user for 5 years now, and I’m way behind in the windows
world. I want to jump back in and freshen up my windows skills. I’ve always
kind of liked the concept of the Mac Mini. Would it make a good mid priced
Windows solution? It is frustrating shopping for a Windows machine hovering
around the $600 range. They all get such mediocre reviews. So, I got to
thinking… Maybe a Mac Mini! Of course, one huge drawback to this is I am not
sure how challenging it is to successfully install Windows and keep it up to
date. I’m partial to the bootcamp method of running the two systems.

What are your thoughts and guidance. If this topic goes too far into the
Windows world, I welcome off list replies. :) I really need some Windows
shopping advice but do not belong to a Windows list or general accessible tech
list.

Thank you,
Traci
