Hi. Scott, I think this is a question for you or for anyone who is knowledgeable about these things.
For some reason on my I phone 7 Plus, 4 G is switched off although the network provider that I use Solely uses 4 G for data and voice calls when out and about when Wifi is not available. On my 6 Plus S which I have no longer, I always had 4 G when out and about. But for some reason I seem to have 3 G and when I go in to mobile data, roaming options, I always hear 4 G is off. So please could someone explain is there a technical issue for some reason why I can't get 4 G when not in wifi range please? The network provider is called 3 and you can get the same network in America but I think it's called something else as you can get the same data plan and calling plan as if you were at home.
