Kawal, you may have to call your carrier and have the IMEI updated on there end as well. In some cases it’s not as simple as just swapping the SIM although in a perfect world it should be. In the US, AT&T is known for having this as an issue. Also, insure that voice and data are selected in the place David suggested but I think a call to your carrier with the new IMEI will fix your issue.
