All 3 carriers T-Mobile, AT&T and Verizon offer a home cellular connection option, you can use WiFi calling on T-Mobile and Verizon and I believe AT&T and all 3 also have an cellular to internet gateway. T-Mobile has a very good option I use myself, AT&T has a less advanced gateway but it does work and Verizon offers something in between. So if you choose to go VZW I think you’ll like it.
