There is no direct way to do this. Just create the Mailbox, then go to the source mailbox and do a select all. Then do a move command. It you have over 1000 messages you will need to give it some time especially if moving to the iMap folder. I try to clear out older messages around this time from my IMAP folders and place them on my ON MY MAC mailbox.
