Hi Donna, Try updating yoru os to the latest version if you haven't got it already.
As for using pages I believe Jonathan Mosem has a book for sale on his site that is a great guide to using Pages, It was written by one of the members of this list Ann Robertson I think it is. If I open the docs I created on my phone from iCloud drive on my Mac, they open in Pages just fine. It's only when I try and open them from within Pages that I get the error message described earlier. Also, I'm still unable to write in the document I created in Pages on my Mac. I suppose a work-around would be to create the document from my phone, then open it in iCloud, but that is seriously lame!!!!
