I've not seen this since I think it was mt lion Have you checked what remains of the gatekeeper?
Under system preferences and then security and privacy Unlock the padlock and then check that the gatekeeper is set for apps store and 3rd party developers And see how that works for you. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Andrew Lamanche Sent: Sunday, 18 December 2016 11:13 PM To: [email protected] Subject: iText Express and iText pro warning messages drive me crazy Hi, Every time I try to open a file created or formerly opened by iText Express or iText pro - both of which I have downloaded from the appstore, I get a warning message about opening apps from an unidentified developer. It drives me crazy as I then have to use contextual menu to open a file in either app and get another warning whether I really want to open them. I thought apps downloaded from the appstore shouldn't behave in this fashion. Has anybody else encountered this weird behaviour? I shall have to change my settings to allow for opening of any apps from the internet - something I am not quite happy about. Is there a work around?
