Hi Gabe, This is accomplished by setting your default storage location. I'm not a Pages expert, but if you VO-arrow left from the scroll area, you should see a button. I think what it will say will depend on how you have it set, but it might say something like Gabe's Mac. Press VO-Space, and arrow through the choices till you hear iCloud, then press VO-Space to select that. You should then be good to go.
