I paid for it and just needed to wait till it came in. It did 4 days later, I believe. When I went to pick it up, I was told by a sales person, "We don't sell that or have it." I commented politely, curving back my annoyance, "Well, I paid for it here." He looked and sure enough, he just assumed they didn't have it without bothering to check. So, most likely when I phoned re: the adapter, the person just never bothered to check.
