Unfortunately, my experience with microsoft is that you will get an autoresponder alerting you that the email address on the store is not monitored. Microsoft has an accessibility phone number. Unfortunately, when I called it to address accessibility issues with a microsoft app I was told the accessibility department only handles desktop computing issues. I was shuffled around to two or three other people before I got fed up of repeeting myself and getting stonewalled. I left a less than favourable review. Two months later some one responded to me directly on the play store as my particular product is android based. Then I could not find a way to respond back to their comment, which amounted to them saying "do you still have the problem?", and my attempting to say, "Yes of course, It's not going to go away on it's own". Most developers are very responsive, even if the response is merely "we don't care about accessibility and have no plans to improve it". Microsoft is a different animal. If any one has managed to get through to some one at microsoft to talk about accessibility of it's mobile apps, I would love to know how you did it.
