Hi there, there’s a couple ways to get this sorted.

Sometimes, if you’re in full screen mode it’s hard to get control of the
virtual environment or the windows inside the vm fusion. One thing you can do
is hit the zoom button to the left of the fusion toolbar and then try.
Another way to solve your problem is to do what I normally do. I Boot the OS
until I hear JFW then I vo over to the unity button. I absolutely don’t press
the unity button, I press tab and then shift tab and you’ll hear yourself drop
in to the virtual window. Once in the virtual window I hit command control f
to go full screen and turn off voice over so it doesn’t get in the way of the
VM. When I’m done I reverse the process, zoom the screen back down, turn on VO
and minimize fusion until I’m ready to use it again. This may not be the best
way but this does work consistently for me. Please let us know if we can be of
any further help.

Thanks
Scott
