This may seem like a strange request, but I have the need to do some very basic video editing. All I really need to do is cut pieces of the video out. I’ve figured out how to trim off the front, but selecting sections in the middle to cut out or even splitting the clip so that I can cut off the desired part of the second one is eluding me. Is there a way to get the selection position to come to the play head the way Amadeus works for audio? I’d be as happy to work on it in iOS if that’s easier. Trimming is easier, but I still don’t see a way to cut pieces from the interior.
