Thanks all. It turns out, the company has two other blind employees. They will not place JFW on the Citrix do to security concerns. However, the fix is to provide the blind employee with a laptop which is configured for local access. I then carry the laptop with me for work. Now, back to Windows 7 after 6 years of Mac and iOS.
