Yes citrix does support use of jaws 

 This system that David is speaking of appears from the useage I've had of a 
very similar system doesn't play well with USB devices therefore isn't working 
well for my jaws authorisation

Jaws does speak through Citrix receiver but only if (a) a repeater licemse of 
jaws which is free is installed on the Citrix server and your jaws license has 
the remote access authorization purchased. Once this is done it works quite 
well. On the Mac However I don't know of a solution to make a virtual desktop 
in Citrix accessible. I can provide more specifics if you need.
