Absolutely un true both in a legal and practical matter.

You have no property rights when you join any list, you need to read that fine 
print more.  Also you would have to have copyright protections in place to 
protect your content and even then normal academic principles apply where you 
can site someone and point to it.

Sorry but you’re dead wrong and I as well as several of the other people 
telling you do this for a living so you definitely need to reevaluate that 
position.

Familiarize yourself with the telecommunications act of 1996 for starters.
