I don’t think that’s slagging Apple.  For example, if I didn’t care I would 
have just switched to the other guys.  I actually forwarded my concerns as Ray 
mentioned and also raised concerns about issues I had with Google to them 
directly as well.  (I have better connections at Google)  I care so I raise the 
concerns with the hopes things will improve.
