I think I got it although I’m not quite sure why.;). I think part of my issue 
is I’m working with a 6 to 4 tunnel in stead of a 6 in 4 tunnel which uses the 
assigned public routable blocks from HE.  This gives me some sort of 2002 
address but does seem to be routable, I trace routed and it went back to 
Hurricane Electric.  IT just seems to be some sort of global pool.  I need to 
learn more about 6 to 4 I think.

Right now, if I go to whatismyip.com <http://whatismyip.com/> though, I get my 
IP in IPv6 form, so that’s something right?
