because the only reason for me tha ti have the VMware, is that , I am
using the Sibelius to write down the music notes, and I have a short
cut that interfere with the short cut for Vo.

I would suggest working with VMware a great deal more just to
understand
better how it works and explore the settings in depth.
I myself do this. Its not foolproof, sometimes I execute the wrong
shortcuts. When I load my VM, giving it time to fully load, I press Cmd-G
(to Grab the keyboard from the Mac). Then I enter full screen with
Cmd-Ctrl-P. When I am done, I enter Cmd-Ctrl-P again to get out of full
screen.
