Agreed.  How can you test something if you don't have it. One of my pet peeves 
is, techs tell me something can not be done, when in fact they have never tried 
it.  I do and what I wanted to do, works.  Yet the tech said it wouldn't. This 
is why, if you give me a list of letters after your name and brag of, titles 
you have, it means nothing to me.  There is theory and then there is fact.
