it's easy to listen too once set up, but I needed sighted help initially. Once set up you can simply double tap on the Pandora Icon that's created on your ITouch and it plays. It will send confirmation messages to your computer saying your IPhone is now ready or something to that effect, but it doesn't see the differencebetween an IPhone and IPod Touch as they are nearly the same machine, so don't let that throw you.
