Will Scott, the routers that we have her Asus brand. And it worked really well. My parents haven't had any problems since they but that particular brand. It tends to last 2 to 3 years which is the lifetime of expectancy of a router according to technicians at six places such as Best Buy. Which she's had that thing since I have so I'm going to talk to her hopefully later and let her know that it's time to replace it.known her in anyway. Joseph Hudson
