Hi, You should not need to re-purchase them if they show up as purchased in your Library. The family option I spoke of is not really a subscription thing, it is just a way to allow family members to have full access to your iTunes Library, there's no additional charge. I'm guessing, though, that this isn't your problem. You may wish to submit some iTunes feedback in the iTunes menu up beside the Apple. They may be able to enlighten you as to why those items won't download considering that the rest of your previous purchases did.
