I've installed Audacity and I've managed to slow down the file. But I also have a problem in lowering the pitch. there's an option to change tempo only but it doesn't seem to work. I will play with Audacity a little more: it's more than a steep learning curve for me. And thank you for the tip of downloading the screen reader friendly version - great help.
